"We had an older 1940’s home which we wanted to put on the market, however, 8 stumps needed replacing, I contacted Paul and he immediately responded to my request for information. He was extremely helpful and advised what needed to be done to sell our property. He came out at the exact day and time he said he would and once the work commenced Paul, would phone me at the end of every working day to advise the progress of the job. He made us feel like we mattered. I would recommend Paul and his group of professional house stumpers to anyone. The work looked wonderful once completed. We would recommend Paul to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking professional."
This is what Tim had to say...
"...Paul does an excellent job and he did extra things like fixing door hinges, replace an extra stump for free because we didn't spot it the first time, etc. He also gives some great advice about the house..."
"... They replaced 2 concrete stumps with new concrete stumps. Replaced 2 wooden stumps with steel stumps. They knocked out a load bearing wall including cutting part of it with a diamond tip saw. The wall had a lot of pipe work on it as well which they had to work their way around and they then installed 2 concrete stumps in place of the wall. The guys turned up when they said they would, didn't leave any mess and didn't cause any cracking inside the house..." read more

"Paul Simpson and his team have shown themselves to be consummate professionals and I doubt there is anyone better when it comes to restumping. Tradesman who take pride in their work are a rare breed these days, so it was a delight to find someone where quality and attention to detail matters. But quite often it's not only the quality of the work that makes someone stand out, but the way they go about it. From the very start of the process when quoting, Paul was punctual, courteous and took the time to carefully consider the job and listen to what we had to say. A written quote quickly followed and a date set for commencement shortly thereafter. Some of the stumps were in delicate positions but they took care not to damage gardens or retaining walls, and left everything the way they found it. Throughout the whole process it was the careful and considerate way they went about things that impressed us most and they went that extra mile to make sure every detail taken care of. They left us with the feeling that they were treating our house as if it were their own. I cannot recommend them more highly!"
