Removing an old wooden stump and an old concrete post with concrete cancer. Render repairs to concrete posts if not cracked too badly and steel posts rusted through from incorrect fitting.

New steel beams fitted to utilise room under house. New steel posts with cross bracing to give lateral strength. New CCA treated hardwood posts fitted to keep original aesthetics. Concrete work patched and new steel posts fitted with a threaded plate to allow for future adjustment.

New treated pailings and retaining walls to to finish off the look of the home and to secure the perimeter
